Our services
Smart Ads Tech provides onboarding, configuration, integration, advertising and management assistance. The ₹1,149 core fee and ₹749 optional inbox setup fee are service charges. Meta messaging charges, advertising spend and third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information, lawful content, eligible phone numbers, required access and timely responses. Never share your Facebook, email, bank or WhatsApp password. You remain responsible for your business activity, messages, advertising claims and compliance with applicable law and platform policies.
Approvals and timing
Meta, WhatsApp and third-party partners control verification, template approval, account quality, messaging limits and platform availability. We cannot guarantee approval, uninterrupted access, specific delivery dates or immunity from restrictions. Processing times may vary.
Payments and scope
Work begins after the agreed information, access and payment conditions are complete. Any work outside the selected package requires separate confirmation. Payment preferences recorded during booking are requests until confirmed by our team.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for spam, fraud, prohibited goods, misleading claims, unlawful data collection or violations of WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, advertising rules or Indian law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Smart Ads Tech is not responsible for platform decisions, third-party outages, rejected templates, suspended accounts, lost advertising spend or indirect business loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
