We collect information you provide while booking or using your client panel, including your name, business details, email address, WhatsApp number, appointment preferences, service selections, messages and documents you choose to upload. We may also collect campaign attribution information such as UTM parameters.
How we use information
We use this information to deliver requested services, create and manage your client account, arrange consultations, communicate progress, request or review documents, provide support, maintain service records and improve our booking experience.
Documents and account security
Uploaded documents and payment QR files are stored privately. Access is limited to the relevant client and authorised Smart Ads Tech administrators. Never send passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details through the website, chat or WhatsApp.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, communication, analytics, meeting, advertising and compatible WhatsApp inbox providers where needed to operate the service. These providers process information under their own terms. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We retain records for service delivery, support, legal compliance and dispute prevention. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements.
